Project overview

Beaufort Park is a thriving residential development in London, managed by RMG, consisting of multiple blocks and home to hundreds of residents. Situated in a key urban location with growing EV adoption, the property required a reliable and scalable EV charging solution to meet the needs of residents now and in the future.

RMG partnered with Roam to deliver a bespoke charging infrastructure tailored to the development’s requirements. Following an in-depth site survey, Roam designed a solution to install 117 (56 active with 61 passive) EV charging sockets, offering 22kW fast charging to ensure residents can conveniently charge their vehicles. The infrastructure was strategically placed to maximise accessibility and usage across the development.

The phased installation approach allowed for minimal disruption to residents while ensuring futureproofing for ongoing EV adoption. All chargers were integrated into the Roam platform, allowing seamless operation, monitoring, and management.

The installation was completed efficiently, delivering a smart, scalable charging network that aligns with RMG’s commitment to enhancing the living experience for their residents. As part of Roam’s Management solution, the chargers are backed by a 5-year warranty and ongoing maintenance, ensuring the system remains fully operational and ready to meet the increasing demand for EV charging.

Beaufort Park’s new EV infrastructure not only supports sustainable living but also enhances the property’s value and appeal for current and prospective residents.
